***BREAKING*** - COURT: WE ARE INCLINED TO USE 2011 PLANS

In their first such pronouncement, the three-judge panel in NAACP v. Haley Barbour, et al has issued an order saying they are inclined to use the plans that passed each chamber as an interim plan. A hearing will be held May 10 so that parties may argue any objections to using the Joint Committee plans.

This is a huge loss for Republicans looking for the judges to draw the lines.

Waste of taxpayers money. Waste of time so Governor Bryant can score points. Haley drops out of the race. Wow a lot's has been going on.

Sure wish things were different.

Anderson, I wish I could. I'm in Oxford right now without a computer. The iPhone is wonderful, but it won't let me upload to Scribd. Email me at the cottonmouthblog gmail address, and I'll forward it to you. That offer goes to everyone, by the way.
