Over the past couple of days, we have discussed Governor
Phil Bryant's and House Speaker
Philip Gunn's legislative priorities. Today, the opening day of the 2015 legislative session, we take a look at the priorities of Republican Lt. Governor, and person I wish would smile more often, Tate Reeves.

- ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The truth is, Reeves has not laid out any priories. Could we take him at his word on what he says? He has backtracked on previous support of education standards supported by his mentor Haley Barbour and the business community. Beyond that, he has said very little about his vision for the year.
These days, Reeves has resorted to saying "The federal government supports something I suddenly don't like so I will oppose it." It's a pretty cookie cutter way of answering questions. Of course, we will see what Reeves cooks up as he tries to cover his conservative flank by changing his views faster than you can eat an order of tater tots.
