New video: Personhood opponents come out swinging against Waller

Pretty powerful stuff here in the Central District Mississippi Supreme Court race.  Waller's on the wrong side of Personhood.

Is it relevant to point out that the quotation is from an Easley concurrence that Waller "joined in part"?

I guess it might be if the entire opinion Waller joined was longer than 19 sentences. And if it didn't have the same tone throughout. I've written longer blog posts.

For what it's worth, I can't stand the "join in part" stuff when they don't mention which parts.

Perhaps Waller will exercise some of his alleged leadership and put a stop to that practice.

No more "dissenting without written opinion" either. If the op is wrong, say why; if it's not, join it.

But I won't hold my breath.
