Here's Judge Kidd's order. As I said earlier, there's a mootness issue in here that adds to the difficult row the Election Commission members have to hoe.
Must not have been "too difficult a row" - appears that they (3 Election Commissioners) hoed it pretty well. Guess you get to mark up another good prediction!
