Special session called for Friday
Gov. Haley Barbour has announced a special legislative session will be held Friday to handle two unannounced economic development incentives. Retiring House Speaker Billy McCoy (D-Rienzi), constantly called an anti-bidness LIBRUHL by some, had this to say:
