NAACP responds to Secretary of State Hosemann's Motion to Dismiss in NAACP v. Barbour, et al
Click here for the response from the NAACP to Secretary of State Hosemann's Motion to Dismiss. As I've stated before, I don't think the Motion to Dismiss will succeed, as the law isn't on their side.
