Prediction: Phil Bryant's unprecedented move will force two elections
It appears as though Lt. Gov. Phil Bryant is going to use parliamentary tactics to prevent the Senate from even considering the House redistricting plan. This will force two elections for House members. It remains to be seen whether or not the House will return the favor and kill whatever plan passes the Senate.

Phil! is being ill-served by whatever advisors he has. I think he should be considering what he will do when he returns to private life.
