Justice Mike Randolph tees off on the pardon majority opinion with a flamethrowing quote

Justice Mike Randolph really gets after it with the first line of his dissent.  Here it is:

"Today’s decision is a stunning victory for some lawless convicted felons, and an immeasurable loss for the law-abiding citizens of our State."

Wow.
