HB 1019 passes 73-46!!! Mississippi breweries would be permitted to give away beer samples during brewery tours so long as this bill makes it past the Senate floor.
This is huge news for Lazy Magnolia in Kiln, Mississippi, and for other folks looking to establish breweries, like Lucky Town Brewery in Jackson.
