I have just received word that the MS Supreme Court has just agreed to hear the arguments surrounding Pardongate. That means that there will be no hearing on Friday. The TRO issued by Judge Tomie Green will remain in effect, however, which may be a signal as to how they view the standing of the judiciary to review the pardons.
In a nutshell, this means that the final resolution to Pardongate may occur sooner rather than later.
