Annnnnd there' off! The House begins unveiling its legislation.

The first House bills are starting to be filed, nearly 30 days after they showed up in Jackson. Today's filings can be found here.

Wow, I see a lot of government interference in our lives being filed in this list by so called "small government conservative Republicans". Very revealing. Please keep the daily list coming, thank you cottonmouth.

Billy, are you talking about specific bills or just Republicans in general? I really don't see anything that indicates the author wants to expand the role of government. Should the Department of Health not be looking to expand their emergency services off campus? Are you against the creation of a Housing Loan Assistance Pilot program? Think it should be okay to alter the serial number on a firearm? I bet you're just anti-Shriner and want them to have to wear helmets instead of fezzes when they're in a parade or maybe you're just not a Bulldog fan. Please enlighten us on where you think the "small government conservative Republicans" are wrong. Bill Billingsley
