House to convene at 4 p.m., still no details on House Republican Alternative

The Mississippi Republican Party "released" its alternative plan for House redistricting this weekend.  The quotes are there because currently, no precinct-by-precinct breakdown of their plan is currently available to either the public or to House members.  All we have at this point is are overall population numbers by district and a map with all of the detail of a crayon-covered children's menu at your local diner.

Will Republicans release their data today?  Or will we be forced to wait even longer for them to really offer up a plan?
