Happy Birthday, Governor Winter!
We at Cottonmouth wish former Governor William Winter a very happy birthday. At the age of 92, he still has the energy of a 30-year-old. We wish his many more happy and heathy years as he continues his passionate fights for public education and racial reconciliation throughout Mississippi.
