Jackson, MS- Members of the Mississippi House Democratic Caucus will hold a press conference on the 2^nd floor of the Capitol at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 15.  The purpose of this conference is to announce the Mississippi Achievement Plan, the Democratic legislative agenda for the 2014 session.
