Haley Barbour: Top Gun
A Washington political newspaper, The Hill, recently released its Top Lobbyists of 2013 list. It may not come as a particular shock to many that former lobbyist turned governor turned lobbyist Haley Barbour was at the top of Washington's top Hired Guns.
