Mississippi author, preacher, and civil rights icon Will Campbell has died

Rev. Will Campbell, born of this Mississippi soil 88 years ago, has passed away. The only white person at the founding of the SCLC, a devoted friend of Martin Luther King, and the escort for the Little Rock Nine, his life was an inspiration for many, including me.
