With all of the precincts in Vicksburg reporting, Rep. George Flaggs (D - Vicksburg) has exactly 50% of the vote in the Democratic mayoral primary. The affidavits and absentees may well give him the "plus 1" that he needs to become the next mayor of Vicksburg.
