Clarion-Ledger: Gov. Phil Bryant hints at Medicaid compromise
For months upon months, Gov. Phil Bryant has been adamant about not expanding Medicaid and not compromising on that stance. But here's something from a story on the Clarion-Ledger website this afternoon:
