Well, the first bills of the 2013 Legislative session are being filed and released for public view on the Legislature's website. HB 1, authored by Rep. Andy Gipson (R - Braxton), is concerned with making sure that sex offenders cannot live near their victims and that sheriffs around the state send out notices to folks living within a mile of a registered sex offender.
That's ironic because of, well, this. And this. And this. You get the idea.
