Former Hattiesburg representative Rick Lambert left this life Monday. Lambert was an attorney and served as a Democrat in the Mississippi Senate from 1980-1992, where he left a record of dedication to public education. His obituary may be found here.
I wish his family well as they mourn the loss of this great Mississippian.
