Rep. Robert Huddleston (D - Sumner) questioned Denny (R - Jackson) about the inclusion of prison population in the population numbers. Rep. Huddleston has several prisons in his district, which would have affected the way the lines were drawn. Huddleston has been paired with Rep. Tommy Taylor (R - Cleveland).
