Rep. Bob Evans (D - Monticello) questioning Denny about Denny map
Rep. Bob Evans (D - Monticello) begins his questioning of Rep. Bill Denny (R - Jackson) concerning the Denny map by asking about the number of majority minority districts that would be increased in BVAP to 60%-70%. In short, what Denny has done is called "packing". You can read about this ploy here. Denny just said "there is no packing in this plan" and wouldn't give a real explanation of why it wasn't.
