What Haley Barbour did for Karen Irby

From the Secretary of State's list:

Conditional Clemency on Condition That She Serves 3 Years in MDOC Intensive Supervision Program (House Arrest) and Additional 2 Years Under Supervision of MDOC Community Corrections Division

This means that Karen Irby's sentence was reduced by Barbour to 3 years house arrest, followed by 2 years probation. I'm not certain how MDOC will calculate her sentence, but since she has served 18 months, she would likely be eligible for parole from house arrest in the next few months.
