The at large appointment to the House Rules Committee has been named
Speaker Philip Gunn (R-Clinton) has announced that Rep. Andy Gipson (R-Braxton) is the at large appointment to the Rules Committee. The members of Rules are selected by the old five congressional districts, with one at large appointment. Gunn has also named Gipson to be vice chairman of the committee, with Rep. Mark Formby (R-Picayune) serving as the chairman.
