Brad Oberhausen (D) is up 53 votes over Rep. Jim Ellington (R-Raymond) with 190 affidavits to be counted at 9 am tomorrow morning. All of the absentees have been counted. Oberhausen will likely increase his lead slightly, as affidavit ballot tend to break for the Democratic candidate historically. That would represent a Democrat pick up in the House.
***Updated at 6:27 to correct the number of affidavits from 109 to 190.
