Matt, Also if pers was in need of restructing in 2009 why no commission then? Everyone has been saying Barbour made a mistake by forming now. I don't think so. He is just providing cover for Bryant and company when they do push to change. Wouldn't suprise me to see him lobbying for the company that would benefit from this grab.
