Funny moment from the hearing today: Russ Latino, lawyer for the Tea Party, shut down by Judge Jolly
During closing statements today, Russ Latino, lawyer for amicus curae filer the Mississippi Tea Party, rose from his seat and asked if he could be heard. Judge Jolly quickly and decisively said "No. You are not a party." Ouch.
