Today's the deadline for Hosemann to reply to the responses to his Motion to Dismiss NAACP v. Haley Barbour, et al

Prior to his recusal, Judge Carlton Reeves established today as the deadline for Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann to reply to other parties' responses to his Motion to Dismiss in NAACP v. Haley Barbour, et al. As a roundup, here are the applicable pleadings:

Hosemann's Motion to Dismiss

NAACP's Response to Hosemann's Motion to Dismiss

MSGOP's Response to Hosemann's Motion to Dismiss

House Elections Committee's Response to Hosemann's Motion to Dismiss

Mississippi Democratic Party's Response to Hosemann's Motion to Dismiss

Hinds County Election Commission Chairwoman Connie Cochran's Response to Hosemann's Motion to Dismiss

As I've said before, I do not believe that the Motion to Dismiss stands any chance of success, based upon the reasons elucidated in the House Elections Committee's Response. The Mississippi Democratic Party's Response contains the most thorough review of the facts thus far, and is worth a read.
