The Senate Democratic Caucus is now set to intervene in NAACP v. Haley Barbour, et al, the Mississippi legislative redistricting lawsuit. They have retained counsel and will be moving forward either today or tomorrow.
My hunch is that Judge Reeves will allow the intervention.
