NAACP v. Barbour lawsuit

So while Republicans were busy patting themselves on the back for derailing the legislative redistricting process, NAACP v. Barbour was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.

Here's the lawsuit:

NAACP v. Haley Barbour Complaint

Judge Dan Jordan is the judge, but a three judge panel is surely on the way. As I understand it, Senior Judge Edith Jones will appoint the two other judges on the panel, which will consist of a 5th Circuit judge from Mississippi (Jolly, Southwick, or Graves) and another judge from the Southern District of Mississippi (Guirola, Wingate, Starrett, Ozerden, or Reeves).

Do you know anything about the NAACP lawsuit against several counties (I think 18) one of which was Adams. I know because I serve on the County Committee, which was named in the suit. We are asking to be removed since we have nothing to do with redistricting.
