If Phil Bryant won't show anyone his plan, we will

Lt. Gov. Phil Bryant (R) has spent the past few weeks touting his alternative Senate redistricting plan and complaining about the lack of transparency in the House redistricting process. One of his (and the MSGOP's) central complaints has been that the House map wasn't revealed until 24 hours before it was voted on.

Complaining about transparency seems rather disingenuous, seeing as Bryant has kept his own plan secret from just about everyone. So let's pull back the wizard's curtain and fix the Lt. Gov.'s problem for him. Without further ado, Lt. Gov. Phil Bryant's redistricting plan:
