***BREAKING*** - Redistricting battle erupts again in Senate

Sen. Hob Bryan (D-Amory), in a surprise move, has reignited the redistricting debate in the Senate.  He moves that the Burton plan be adopted by the Senate as a committee of the whole.  Says Senate must act as a committee of the whole because if Lt. Gov. gets to assign it to a committee, redistricting will be killed.
