Tonight, following the Governor’s State of the State address, Rep. Tyrone Ellis (D-Starkville) will give the Democratic Party’s Response. Rep. Ellis serves as Majority Leader in the House and chairman of the Public Utilities Committee. Mississippi Public Broadcasting is expected o begin their coverage at 6 p.m. CST.
